Description:

The Delivery Manager is responsible for project managing and executing Spend Management activity. They look to identify potential savings opportunities relating to strategic sourcing to help clients meet their business objectives.

 

Requirements: 
  • Three to eight years industry experience in a purchasing / merchandising role
  • Strong customer facing, relationship building skills and ability to manage issues resolution
  • Solid industry / category experience (retail, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, public sector indirect, etc.)
  • Purchasing / Strategic Sourcing / Merchandising background
  • Experienced in supply chain management practice and theory
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong  presentation development and presenting skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify new opportunities with clients as required
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced multi project environment
  • Self-starter and independent thinker
  • Ability to work as self-directed
  • Excellent problem resolution and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • CPM Preferred •Bachelor’s Degree •50% - 100% travel required
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
