Description:
The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for developing client relationships to facilitate and manage delivery of spend management activity.
Requirements:
- Three to eight years industry experience in a purchasing / merchandising role
- Strong customer facing, relationship building skills and ability to manage issues resolution
- Solid industry / category experience (retail, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, public sector indirect, etc.)
- Purchasing / Strategic Sourcing / Merchandising background
- Experienced in supply chain management practice and theory
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong presentation development and presenting skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify new opportunities with clients as required
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced multi project environment
- Self-starter and independent thinker
- Ability to work as self-directed
- Excellent problem resolution and facilitation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- CPM Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 50% - 100% travel required
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
