From our start-up beginning with a staff of only three, TradingPartners has always been a people-driven business. Our company grew because we listened to our clients and suppliers, then took time to build on those relationships. While over the past nine years we have grown to nearly 100 employees, we've worked hard to keep the focus on the people in both our business interactions and workplace culture. We hire people who believe in the power of face-to-face interaction and frequent communication.

 

Because we set our standards high for employees and search diligently for the the right people, we are committed to keeping those people at TradingPartners. At the core of this are the five values our business and culture are founded on.We look to these as a guide for client and supplier interactions, as well as for how we work together as a team internally.

Away Days

The spirit of our culture and values is reflected in TradingPartners Away Days. Four times each year, our offices close for the day so the entire staff can spend time together for fun, a little relaxation and, most importantly, team building.  Whether it's volunteering for local non-profit organizations, laser tag, or bowling, these quarterly Away Days help us appreciate each other inside the office by getting to know each other outside the office.
