eAuction Site Technical FAQ

The username and password I entered aren’t working. Why can’t I log in?

Check that you are entering the correct username and password.  Both are case sensitive. If that still doesn’t work, try to copy and paste the username and password directly from the introductory email you received from TradingPartners.  This will ensure you are entering the correct combination of letters and numbers. For example a lower case l (L) can often be mistaken for an uppercase I (i). If that does not work, please contact your local Supply Manager.

Logging into the same account from multiple computers is not advised and could result in restriction of the account or other technical issues.
