Spend Diagnostics

TradingPartners provides a rigorous spend diagnostics solution to identify, prioritize, and recommend eAuction categories to our clients.  Through our analysis, we classify spend data on a supplier level utilizing a three-level taxonomy developed for each unique client.  This approach enables the client to prioritize eAuction categories based on market timing, resources, ease of implementation, contract dates, or other factors in order to maximize savings opportunities.
